Sunday 6th October- Spirit Guide Messages Meditation- Session 2 of ‘Change’- Live Well Gym, Bungay
Monday 7th October- 7-9pm- 3rd Session of ‘Ignite’ via Zoom. Ignite the Inner Fire is a program I have created to help cultivate confidence and motivation, as well as incorporate shadow work and self understanding, to help you achieve your goals. This month, we’re looking at ‘Capabilities’.
Sunday 13th October- Pendulum Magic- Pica Crystal- Henstead
This workshop is a practical worksop all about connecting with your pendulum. They do SO much more than ‘yes’ and ‘no’. We will work on our connection, using pendulum boards, playing hide and seek with a pendulum and using a pendulum to find and unblock stagnant energy within ourselves and others. Saturday 26th October- Orion Events MBS and Craft Fayre- Reydon Sport and Community Centre (just outside of Southwold)- 11 am- 4pm. Come join me for a seated reiki or an oracle card reading, or both! There are lots of other wonderful vendors attending and the venue has great coffee, tea and snacks, as well as a seating area. Come join in and be around like-minded people.
As we are now in our final C of the 3Cs program, I am looking ahead to what is coming next…
From October 2024, you will be able to book Past Life Regression Hypnosis sessions here. Past life regression is something that truly changed my life and I am forever integrating the lessons I have learnt in my regressions into my life day in, day out. I look forward to being able to help people heal from their past lives in the same way I have.
I have been deeply called by my guides to offer more of what speaks to my heart; more authenticity, more accessible, more abundant. In 2025, these words are the theme for all of my offerings.
My new, year-long program on offer for 2025 will be titled the Inner Seasons. These will be 3 month cycles, and will be announced in full on 31.10.2024 (because, why not!) This will be more inclusive, with more collaborations, more offerings and more chances to dive deep into your healing journey.
To access the Inner Seasons, I will be offering Meditation Packages/Passes to suit all needs/budgets. Again, more on this in the coming months.
Finally, there will be some day retreats on offer from 2025 onwards. There is a lot planned that I am really excited to share with you.
