Join Teri from Holistically Teri and Jess from Root to Heal as we embark on an evening to work with the divine feminine, first exploring the throat, heart and sacral chakras through the popular guided meditation ‘The Womb Room” and following that with somatic exercises and healing to release the stagnant emotions and energy held within our sacred spaces. The combination of the chakra exploration, meditation & somatic work will truly leave you feeling empowered from within.
