Join Teri (Holistically Teri) for a workshop about channelling our divine feminine energy. We will explore the links between the sacral and throat chakras, discuss ways to balance and align these and do a meditation titled ‘Womb Room’- an incredibly powerful meditation to claim back your sacred space. This session will also include a small workbook for participants.
This session takes place on Saturday, 30th August from 3-4:30pm at Stonham Barns during the Calm at the Barn Festival.
