Description
Have you ever gone through phases with your crystal buying where you seem to be drawn to one particular shape, then maybe suddenly that changes and you’re not sure why? This workshop will go in-depth into the meaning of the various shapes of crystals, how best to use them for healing and energy work, and why we might reach for some over others at different points in our lives. It will give you the opportunity to do some mini-mindfulness with each shape, to learn what you are drawn to and to examine their energy.
This session is offered on Sunday, 23rd March at Pica Crystal, Henstead, from 6-8pm.
