Welcome to the Ignite the Inner Fire- a programme designed to help you light the fire within as you do the inner work needed to attain your ambitions.
Ignite the Inner Fire was created by me after many conversations with clients that went something like this:
Them: ‘Wow, you’re so brave for starting your own business. I could never do something like that.’
Me: ‘Yes you can.’
Them: ‘No, no, the way you left teaching and just did it- it’s amazing. I could never.’
Me: ‘Yes, yes you can.’
Initially, I looked at my decision to leave the classroom as something quite ‘silly’- giving up my very secure job for a business that didn’t really have legs yet wasn’t the most financially sound decision I’ve ever made. However, it wasn’t exactly a knee-jerk reaction either. I had done a lot of inner work before I made the decision, and that inner work continued AFTER I made the decision so that I could, when the time came, jump into my business with both feet.
What I hadn’t realised was that the system I had created for myself wasn’t just applicable to business, but to life generally.
When I was doing my hypnotherapy course online, I was working on one module about confidence, and it had some different sections about how to help a client’s confidence… and that’s when it hit me. I had basically done a deep-dive into these little facets of myself: Identity, Values & Beliefs, Capabilities, Behaviour and Environment. These are the cornerstone pillars of the ‘Ignite the Inner Fire’ programme, because once I got these things straight in my head about who I wanted to be, who my soul needed to be, the rest was easy.
Ignite the Inner Fire is a 5 month mentorship programme which is only open to 8 people. Each month we meet online (on a Monday evening via Zoom from 7-9pm) and we delve into one of the above areas. Each month, we either do a confidence hypnosis session, or a guided meditation, designed to help you meet your goals. You also get a little mini-workbook each month with journal prompts and activities to embed what we have discussed and worked on that month.
Why a group programme? Because we all learn from each other. My journey out of the classroom was a lonely one- all of my close friends, bar one, were teachers. As I started to transition and surround myself with more like-minded, entrepreneurial, spiritual people, my world expanded. This same principle applies to this programme; we all learn so much from hearing other people share.
This isn’t just business related; last year’s intake was a mixed bag of people working on personal goals, spiritual goals and business goals. This can literally apply to anything, which makes it a valuable tool to do over again once you do it with the group first. You will have all the meditations/hypnosis at the end of the programme for life, so if you ever want to repeat it, you can do.
This programme has been amazing for the 8 participants in 2024, and I am so excited to offer this for 2025. It can be paid two ways; either a one-off payment of £100 for all 5 months, or £20 per month, paid to me on the 1st of every month.
