Join Teri (Holistically Teri) for a session about chakras; what are they and how we can balance them using crystals, understand which crystals correspond to which chakras, as well as a guided meditation to end the session.
This session takes place on Saturday, 30th August from 10-11:30am at Stonham Barns during the Calm at the Barn Festival, and will include a small workbook for participants as well.
