This workshop is an exploration and understanding of our throat, heart and sacral chakras, a coming together as women to understand this energy and find balance. We examine what we define as feminine, what that looks like to you, and how we can work with it. We look at crystals that specifically work with divine feminine energy, as well as essential oils, and we do a meditation called “the womb room” where we enter our own sacred space, banish those whose energy still is within us that no longer serves us, and we clean and reclaim our space as our own. There will also be journal prompts/a workbook to further embed what you have worked through.
