Join Teri and Lucy for an evening of relaxation as we journey through the root chakra using breath work, essential oils, guided meditation and sound tools specifically chosen to unblock and align your root chakra.
The root chakra is located at the base of the spine and governs your feelings of safety, grounding and stability. This is the perfect chakra to begin with in the new year to ground and re-centre your energy.
