Join myself and Lucy from Saint Saviours Meadow Therapies on Thursday 18th December for an evening of relaxation and self care. We will first do a relaxation meditation, led by Teri, followed by Lucy taking the reins for a beautifully immersive sound bath. The evening runs from 6:30-8:30 at Holistically Teri: The Healing Space, Unit 14, Henstead Arts & Crafts Centre, NR34 7LG. Please note this must be pre-booked because spaces are limited.
