Join Teri and Lucy for an exclusive relaxation event with a guided meditation and sound bath in the outdoor courtyard at Henstead Arts and Crafts Centre.
Bring a mat, pillow, blankets & wear your PJs if you wish (we will be!) as we welcome relaxation in this calming environment.
This takes place on Saturday, 18th July from 6-7:30pm, following our ‘Day of Magic’ at Henstead Arts & Crafts Centre with lots of lovely magical, whimsical, wellness and spiritual practitioners.
Please note that whilst sound healing is extremely therapeutic, it may not be suitable for those with pacemakers, epilepsy, pregnancy, metal implants, stents or serious mental health conditions. Tinnitus sufferers may wish to sit further away from the instruments. Please consult your GP prior to attending if you have any concerns.
