Teri will gently guide you through a grounding meditation before Lucy takes you on a deeply restorative sound journey.
While you drift in sound, Teri will weave in her reiki energy, crystal healing, and her personal essential oil blends — helping your body and mind return to harmony and balance before the Christmas rush 🌙
We’ll close with a beautiful oracle card pull to complete your evening of connection and calm.
